hey Hunter I feel your pain!! my previous jobs required a lot of customer interactions so I would try to cover my tattoo's up as much as I could even though I wasn’t required too by my employers. I was a cable technician so you can imagine how little old ladies reacted to me when I arrived at their door (ohhhhh nooooo!!) but I would usually overcome that negative first impression bias with courtesy, professionalism, and expertise. Once I let them see who I "really am" all that fear of the unfamiliar stuff went out the door. As far as laws, well I don’t think you’ll find this covered under equal opportunity unless it’s been amended recently!
