Home Depot really need to be investigated all it takes is for a manager not to like you. And you can report it to corporate. But they only protect managers not Associates, they call it the open door policy but will believe a lie from a manager then the truth from several Associates. I truly believe I can make a difference that's why I'm posting this I was one that love my job and still do right now today.. and will do my best to get this to the media.Jessica Toney takes another associate husband has a baby from him and still keeps her job and corporate was clearly aware of it. I was one she reported with a false statement and accuse me of stealing due to the high theft in the store and because most of the theft was done by afro Americans. And me being an afro American Corp. Believed a lie from someone with her history..And 13 years of my life was taken from me. MORE TO COME.3608
Being African American doesn't mean you steal. I understand that in your store people steal but it's not right to say it's coming from one race in particular. People of all races make mistakes and stealing is wrong whether you are black, white, or purple. You get my point. If you feel you've been wronged you took the right steps. Sorry to hear this has happened to you.
