Applications consistently move to under review
90 percentage of my applications (33 of 37) reflect under review. Why is it that those applications are not moved to the next phase? Do I have the qualifications for each one? Yes. I have yet to receive a call or email about a scheduled interview for any of these positions. It is mind boggling.

Hi there Yvonne! Maybe try contacting the employers to check up on your applications. Definitely couldn't hurt!

Yvonne, Make sure your applications aren't missing any information first then check if there are any assessments or personality test pending incomplete. This happened to me with Home Depot and I missed out on the job because they had opened another knowledge assessment test on my account that I wasn't aware of.
