Hi, who got what. Job?

Thank you

I've been a successful employee at the few jobs I've held over 30 years and the number one thing is to know your breaking point! Key words

I don't understand u got the job what job are we talking about .

This one is important... Trait 3 - Flexibility. Understand that things change and be willing to adapt. Successful employees are open-minded and try to understand the pros and cons of any situation. They have their manager’s and customers’ interests top-of-mind.
I used to think I was one of the most flexible employee's in the word as long as I the changes didn't involve decisions I couldn't understand. I found out later thats not really being flexible. Flexibility means being open minded and flexible with all the company leadership choices. Even when that involves promoting a coworker one doesn't necessarily think they merit the opportunity and other similar mind blowing workplace decisions. An open minded and flexible employee doesn't need to understand, only accept and support.
