This one is important... Trait 3 - Flexibility. Understand that things change and be willing to adapt. Successful employees are open-minded and try to understand the pros and cons of any situation. They have their manager’s and customers’ interests top-of-mind.

I used to think I was one of the most flexible employee's in the word as long as I the changes didn't involve decisions I couldn't understand. I found out later thats not really being flexible. Flexibility means being open minded and flexible with all the company leadership choices. Even when that involves promoting a coworker one doesn't necessarily think they merit the opportunity and other similar mind blowing workplace decisions. An open minded and flexible employee doesn't need to understand, only accept and support.

Great article Angelita, thanks for sharing.
