anybody have to sue their work
i was suggested to sue my work. im terrified. i just turned 20 and stayed out of the courts, but after harassment and having a cart pushed up against my back and told to kill myself by a coworker, i was advised to sue after losing my job bcs i argued too much. i had told the hr department that id lose my job soon bcs they found fault in everything. my shoes were old. i needed to stop talking to people. i came across annoying. i even think i was staged. so ill admit in my location and 11 years i lost 1 kid. the child had wondered into another class room while i led my toddlers into the hallway. i counted each one and touched their head and since there wasnt a safety net or a rope, i watched as each toddler went into their class. one baby had troubles walking and so i picked him up to bring him to class. as i was walking there were 2 teachers in the class room and one blocking the main building. i counted 5 babies in my room. my manager who was bullying me the most came in and gave me a schedule THAT DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE CORRECT SPELLING OR TITTLE on it. she left and i began to care for the babies. after a while i went to check to make sure i had filled the attendent sheet correctly. assuming the babies were either playing in the art easal or behind the rocking chair i didnt really notice a difference ,but it felt odd. so i began to search down my sheet when i called to a baby who was no longer there! i got my manager who had a sleek smile on her face as i told her and told her that a baby was missing. she asked if i was sure and i nodded. she laughed and said the baby was in the older kids class room. some how i magically missed this child going in. i race in and there was my 4 coworkers with a sleek smile telling me where she was. i was so ashamed. i told my manager that i had counted 5 going in and had my attendent sheet filled! so when could she had gone. i took it as my fault and told her i had to of miscounted with all that was running around. however ive never miscounted. im so upset and surprised by this. whats your thoughts?
