I had a virtual interview this past week and i'm so pissed off! I had never done a video interview before and had no idea what to expect!
The video was all messed up and I felt like I was moving around the whole time because I was so nervous about the video! I felt super awkward and uncomfortable.
What are some tips and advice so that I don't mess it up in the future???

It helps to do a practice run, by doing it via a video cam on your phone or computer. That way, you have an idea of what to expect during the live video itself. Write a script of the questions they may ask, then respond accordingly. After doing the practice video, critique yourself, from appearances to responses, etc., then adjust accordingly. (Tip: Most video interviews start with a practice session-no more than five minutes-to help you to prepare before you go live.) Most important things: Relax, be yourself, and be professional! The interviewer is about as nervous as you are!

At least, get feel of it I would say. Mistake our greatest teacher. . been through (1st. Times), but different scenarios.

Been through a few of them. Drink lots of coffee before hand and don't over think so much.!

Just relax homie. It’s not your fault if there’s technical problems with the video connection

Give yourself 30 min. of quiet time, breath in and out off and on and tell yourself reassuring things. Do this prior to the next interview. Helps me tremendously if I have a little "isolation" time prior to an interview.

I personally think part of the process is to see if you follow instructions. Do NOT feel badly about your interview... Be grateful you did what was asked even though it was a procedure you were new too! Keep smiling😀

Virtual interviews are such a new thing that they expect you to be nervous and somewhat unsure of yourself, and will take that into account.

Stop complaining I don’t care what you do or who u are. There people in the world. Are going through shit so stop your complaining

Take a couple deep breaths if you have some anxiety medicine take it 30 minutes before you take it
Make sure your camera is a slight angle above you (look at a selfie taken too low), clutter free background, practice with FaceTime/Skype or even with a video camera
