Almost 4 weeks ago my position was eliminated after 7 months. Great pay, great opportunity but toxic work culture...I was only given one month severance pay and can't collect unemployment until mid-July...I've been searching for 3+ weeks and nothing...2 lay offs in one year. I have 3 little ones and all I can think about like any parent is the need to provide. I have less than 3 weeks to secure something.
