Everyone deserves an opportunity. It's only fair in all situations. In the work force all should be open minded. One never knows. You could find your best employee, smartest rmployee, and so on.

There are a lot of programs that employers can get involved with to support people who have challenges joining the workforce. The dedication and commitment seen by giving someone a chance is incredible.
