I was always taught to treat people the way you want to be treated. Somewhere along the line, people tend to treat people the way they don't want to be treated, but still end up being treated fairly because the other party fails to realize their worth. The moral to this statement is Never Settle for less than what you deserve. By any chance you do, you will receive less than what you've settled for. This pertains to job opportunities, career opportunities and even personal development. Don't settle, know your worth and expect what you deserve in 2018 and continuing.
