Hi Lisa Harrison - I don't think they were accusing you! It's possible you left a field blank in the application. That's very easy to do with these kinds of online apps, it happens all the time.

I'm not sure why you aren't able to login to their portal.. I would go ahead and contact their support and see if they can help you login. Or, if you don't want to do that, you can create another account and apply online again. You'll have to repeat some of the steps you've done, but it will probably be quicker.
