Hi Randy Foster - I'm sorry to tell you, but unless you have direct documentation of them telling you that you were fired because of something that is a protected class in the workplace - that lawsuit is going to go nowhere. It will just cost you a ton of legal fees.

Florida is an at-will employment state, which means the employer or employee can terminate the work contract at anytime for any reason (except ones that are protected classes).

Your best bet here is to move on, and find a company that isn't going to just let you go for no reason. I know this must be hard to hear, but in the end I think this is your best course of action.
