Waste of time. Unable to get any assistance. Only been n Houston 3 months and nothing can be done. Hopefully you hv a job that will pay you for the for the days you were closed. No one answers the phones at the unemployment office Red cross can't assist you. This nothing but nightmare. Donated items are hard to locate places to assist
