Anxious to work: What a great attitude! While there are a few stores and fast-food chains that have jobs for enthusiastic 15-year-olds, you might create your own: You probably have the skills to design an attractive flyer listing your talents ...what are you good at in school or at home that you can help others with? Babysitting, baking, cleaning, computer help, crafting with kids, dog-walking; elder-companion, office help, organizing, translating, and tutoring are examples. Pass them out in your neighborhood...both to homes and small businesses. (I'd advise against doing any work inside a home unless your parents have met them...and you are not alone with a male!) If nothing works out for you this summer, know that your next birthday brings with it lots more opportunities!
