What is the best way for a microbiologist with industry experience to transition to clinical research without going back to school?

Put your credentials and experience out there in the microbiologist world. You never know what connections you can gain, go to job fairs that focus on clinical research, universities etc.

Thats the beat thing to do isgo back to school.. my suggestion is do alot of research about what you plan on doin and go as far as you can till you hit a brick wall i really dont know the best idea but its a start
