I just wish that employers would like at the resume of a potential employee and realize they have the skills to do the required job for which they are hiring . An assessment test is not indicitive of an individual having the ability of doing the job. I have a friend that said she thinks it has something to do with employers thinking that some people lie on their resume. I am not sure about that, but they always check with prior employers anyway. I am not sure when or even why assessment test started.
