Focusing on my job description and communication with people there help as much as possible answer questions if needed and just do my job nice neat and detailed
I just thought about the customer or the guest rather and how I would want it to be if the shoe or on the other foot plus I just like to work so I'm usually pretty upbeat and happy anyway just to be there

For me it has always been self-motivation, doing the best I can at everything I do. The guests are always the number one priority and it is my job to make their stay as painless as possible. My manager and assistant manager were fantastic.
