Better job search...
I'm looking for something more financially. Currently I am working overtime all the time, I would like to see what else there might be for someone who has been in the restaurant world for 14 years. Experience includes BOH with minimal FOH

You might want to spend some time thinking about different jobs you would enjoy doing and then see if there are any available. I think with restaurant experience you can find a decent amount of things.
