I just submitted only 10 on lines job application during the past 3 weeks and I received one "real" reply from Northrop Team lead who read my resume. It is a "Good Omen" since the job market for American Engineer went to "holy hell stage " since GW Bush took the office in 2001! I remember when I got out in 2014 it still took 4 months to get a "real human being" reply! I will delay my trip to Thailand and let see any "big different" on the Engineering job Market in 2017!
