I constantly ask myself "how can I bring more value to the market place?" "How can I increase my value to others?". That is always the unspoken question in any interview. I mature in age and now realize regardless of the out come of things. I have to step back and reflect on how could I do better, be better? I do weather the out come was as I wanted or not. Then I look to how can adjust? What can I adjust? What do you think?
