Good morning, I have also encountered many jobs looking for part time help, as a person with a full time job with a flex schedule it has been quite hard to secure pt employment. How can I give a company open schedule, when I have to work around my main job. I work fulltime for my church and some weeks hours are the same but the staff all have days we have to make ourselves available if needed. I've bn turned down 3 times in the past wk because of availability. I know companies must do what's best for them but if you have a employee that can guarantee you these days & hours evergreen, should be a good fit. I worked for A&P 13 yrs, 5 of those 13 as a Front End Mgr & all my part timers were high school, college, retirees & fulltime workers looking to supplement their income. I broke it down to who could work on what days, it took a few extra minutes a week to do but I had solid loyal part time staff & when they went away to school, they came back to work for me on breaks from school. To build loyal employee/employer relationships, you have to work with your people or the turn over is over whelming. For any one in New Jersey, by Flanders, Hackettown & Franklin, Hanover, Weiss & Wegman Supermarket are hiring full & part time, YOU MUST HAVE OPEN FLEXIBILITY. Good luck
