Delivery Man at Alamos School District

I was interviewed twice for the same job within a month's time. I was informed by the HR people that I "failed my oral interview" the second time. I then asked if they could tell me what my weak points were on the interview and what I need improvement on.

I was interviewed twice for the same job with a month's time and after the second time I was informed later by HR that I was not a candidate (and not even for a sub) because I "failed the oral interview." I never heard of such a thing! I then thanked them for the message and then asked what my weak points were and what would I need to improve on next time. I didn't get an answer on that yet. Are the HR people supposed to tell me what my weak points were or is that an option? Sometimes I think that these folks will hire "someone's relative" or a friend of theirs-favoritism. thank you

Hi steve smith , though it is very helpful to receive feedback from an interview, it is not necessary for a company to provide it.

I would suggest doing some mock interviews! You can do this with a friend or family member. Have them look up some sample interview questions online and ask them to you as someone would in an interview! At the end ask them to give you a debrief on how you did.
