Sylvia McBride I have started looking for another job also as I just retired in July this year, I am 77 yrs old and can still do my job just as good now as if I have never retired I have a lot of experience in Electronics and because of my age they like to decrimanate against you just like one place I went for an interview with the manager and told me he was hiring me for the job and the woman that does the hiring she hired someone else that is the way it is out there any more. So if you are my age don't retire because if you need a job later you won't get one. I was going to work with an Eng and set up a soldering area that was very out dated and they looked at me like I wasn't even there.
