Wow, I have been looking for a job for two months now with only three interviews I am a young looking women with gray hair, I would hate to think people discriminate because the color of my Hair.

Unfortunately, that might be the case. You could always test it to see,the next time you go to an interview change your hair color to black and pay attention to how people treat you differently.
