What is the job?

Handles high volume call traffic (inbound and outbound) responding to customer inquiries Takes and dispatches messages accurately while following strict protocols provided by clients Relays product information, processes forms and completes reports, updates customer databases, researches information to resolve customer concerns, may pre-screen subjects and adheres to an approved script, and performs other duties as assigned

What you bring to the job?

Computer Skills Good voice quality over the phone Can organize and handle calls with speed and accuracy High School Diploma or equivalent (such as a GED) Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
