You might also have an issue with undocumented workers, and I can assure you that INS will be watching. Bring the guys you know and trust. Talk with a budget hotel about reserving a block of rooms for your crew and talk to a family buffet about discounted employee meals. One other issue you need to look into is building material suppliers, since supplies will be low and prices will be high.
