Hot Kitchen to Cool Office (in 30 days or less)
How can I make a career change from a life long work history of foodservice and restaurant jobs to a 9 to 5 office job? I have a neWborn that I want to see grow up buT these long and late kitchen hours are always gonna get in the way. Anyone have any advice?

Focus your resume on quality control, customer service, and special recognition or achievements. Also, try finding a job with a temp agency first to gain more office experience.

Tough one, however there are more job opportunities in food service that office work.
