I started a new position in November with a former employer in the healthcare industry working for multi-billion dollar companies who provide us all with our healthcare policy's. After being out of work for sometime while recovering from a car accident. I was probably the most happy guy returning to the workplace and to a company that I had worked for previously and been successful in my position with HGS. After the first few days in new hire orientation, I couldn't help take notice most of my peers had absolutely no background or history in this field. As trading went on I became close with a co worker of mine who about a week later was announced by the project manager as our Team Lead...I found it odd that this co worker wouldn't have up front told the trading class he was our supervisor. So....Trading goes on and the trainer conducting class didn't know a HMO from a PPO and was even more shocked when he was asked questions from my peers he would flat out give them wrong information. Well being the team player I am , I started voicing to the class in general any advice, teqniques, or any information I that would assist them in being successful in their position and as a team. From here on out in training I became the "to go to" guy, being praised by my fellow peers, and supervisors. It came to a hault when two different groups of friends in training started a high school rivalry type of thing, mind you I was even PROMISED a Senior Advocate position by my team lead once traing was complete and the class hit the production area. Long story short, besides me....No one had any experience in this field but all of a sudden became a completion at which of those two groups knew more than the other. Well I began to notice with my supervisor it wasn't my knowledge, leadership skills, and willing to assist that was being praised but actually him thinking he could sit back and enjoy paydays while he assigned different duties or as he called task to me to complete. Well, hitting production for some reason I started having SYSTEM issues, where I was not able to login, credentials were in breech of security and I would get locked out of the system and phone system because the web based program just wouldn't give me a chance lol. Well from the first day on the job to present I went from being a subject matter expert, to a problem child....being put down in a way because the supervisors thought it was a password issue and my memory fading....Come on, really? I would have to assist them on who to call for all the system issues I was having by this time for over a month.it was brought to my attention that I was being put under a FINAL act status because any one who has worked for HGS knows how anal workforce management is when your not on the phone's assisting members...Due to system and phone issues their were more than a few times I was quoted as a no call no show because I didn't have the ability to inform workforce management I was having system issues but was assured by "team lead/supervisor" that would be addressed and he would have my time adjusted and cleared. Of course , him being my supervisor.....I believed him.....So you can just imagine what I felt when I was pulled into HR office and being presented with a final warning if you will because of attendance not being in adherence with multiple days of being a no call no show!!! I tried to keep calm and let the Hr director know what was going on and not only the Hr director but my" LEAD " began to tell me it was my responsibility to ensure workforce management was notified and if I didn't take that initiative then I was going to be held accountable. I became so upset and couldn't believe what I was hearing, that I only remember saying I was done with the management not being able to trust and needing a brush up on their skills, to removing my employee badge and storming out of the office and building, and coming home. Now, HR won't return my calls, im out of work, and regretting my actions every minute. Any advice?? Suggestions?? #HELP #ILOVEMYJOB

I don't think there's much you can do there now since you stormed out. Yes, they definitely should've taken care of the issues, but I think you'll just need to look for something new now.
