I know it can be frustrating looking for a job. Part of the problem might be your grammar. Do you have a friend that can proof read your online applications for you before you submit your applications? Maybe someone can do a mock interview with you to practice what you would say to interview questions. On the internet you could research what typical interview questions are for a particular job to help you prepare.

The advice you have already received us sound advice. It can be very frustrating. I know this because my job search has been 3 months now. We cannot afford to be discouraged however. The key is persistence and perseverance. The moment we give up, the job that could have been ours, slips through our fingertips. I know it can be rough. We can receive a thousand "no's", we only need one "yes". That "yes" will come as long as we don't give up or give in. Wish you well in your continued job search.

Job hunting is frustrating, for sure, but the only way to get a position is to keep plugging away at it. As Enrique said below, try not to interpret your rejection as discrimination ~ if you do, that means there's no room for improvement on your end. Instead, try talking to someone about your skills & interview style. Often libraries, churches and town halls have career centers if you need a fresh & objective perspective. Or try asking a recruiter at a staffing/temp agency if you can grab 10 minutes of his/her time to see if you'd be a good candidate for any of their jobs. (Chances are good they will say 'yes'.)

Oh, and a month isn't that long (unfortunately), so try not to lose faith. You can do this! We're rooting for you.

Try not to perceive your recent experience as discrimination because similar situations are happening to other job seekers. It’s like you have to apply then be responsible for managing the hiring process. Keep plugging away at other jobs and continue to follow-up like you’ve been doing. You will find the right fit eventually.
