Why do I feel the need to go further into this? Well friends all of us have past if you are getting uncomfortable GOOD!!!!!! Look some people have been caught and is written down for who ever to see. O.k. Now some haven't been caught the lucky ones!!!! And some are still doing dirt and still haven't been caught yet!!!! So they think!!!!! I will a literate later on so they think later!!! Promise!!!!! Well employer's stop judging what somebody may or may have done in past!!! Before you look at that indaviual and look at them for what's written!!!! You may have done things in your past or still doing that you didn't get caught for!!!!! Before your next interview why not take a gander in your back yard past and present!!!! Why that may make your thoughts on hiring a lot different!!!! Look. Let me tell you the PROS of highering a person with a past!!!! They obviously wants a chance!!! Two they want to change !!! Three they will work a lot harder!! Why cause they will be looked at harder and they know they will still have a stigma on there back usually unless they employer is nonjudgmental about a person with a past!!!! I respect them for they give second chances!!!! They don't put stigmas on people!!!! But in a but shell friends hate me or not !!!! I keep it real!!!!! Oh let me literate on what I said earlier about know one knowing about your past!!! If you have any religious back round and you believe in god no matter who he /she is then that god you have any belief in knows!!!! So most religion talk about judging and you know that!!!! Well for now that is all I Thomas yanc fellow JOBCASER!!! Thank you!!!! God bless you!!! Have a wonderful day!!!

Those are definitely some thought-provoking points you bring up, Thomas. Thanks so much for sharing with the community!
Thomas, thank you so much for your thoughts. You're right - even though it's sometimes tough to look past someone's "past", people given a second chance work hard (& sometimes harder) to do what's right. And if you've had trouble, KEEP GOING - there are second chances for you!
