Wronfully terminated
I had a complaint of harassment on a manager i worked with and corporate never responded and instead they made false accusations on me breaking in the store and i spent 45 days in jail. They closed my case and dismissed my charges but they didnt give me my job back when i got emails of them telling me if i can prove the charges was dropped i can have my job back but they didnt. Now im homeless lost everything and been stressed and depressed. That should be pain and suffering
First how long did you work there and are you open to check for unemployment?
Hay big guy I agree with everybody cause this matter should be innocent until proven guilty and in your case you were wrongfully charged And then they threw you in jail without any evidence that you broke in to the store they accused you that is two different things they should have thought about you get out of jail and then lose your job which you can't get back because where is their proof that you should have in your hand To me they played a role on firing you and finding a way to get rid of you. That was very cruel and unprofessional what I would do is get a lawyer then call labor board and the better business bureau and sue them where it would hurt their pocketbooks and move away from that town or city and get my life back 45 days in jail you cannot replace.But starte over you can May God bless you and will wish you the best of luck win this case
Yes. Sue them. Find an attorney that will take ur case on a contingency basis.

Yes u need to fight for this cause it could have happened to someone else but u need to talk to a lawyer bout your case and u probably have lawsuit on the company to bout the false statements bout u

Unfortunately, we are never guaranteed anything in life.Being in the situation your in you need to stay focused in a positive way.Pray about it.This difficult time your dealing with will pass,but DONT give up stay positive and you will see new doors open for you.
Sorry to hear that happened to you. I would look into filing charges against them for wrongful termination. That is SO messed up that a company doesn't stand up for their employees. Better you don't work there, what kinda company does that ?. Just keep your head up and stay positive, things will all work out.
