Hello everyone, I am a current MSW graduate of USC and I am looking to work with families & children. I have little experience besides my internship. I also have a BA in criminal justice with no experience. I have been applying for jobs left and right and have had 7 interviews. I am also hearing-impaired and feel that my disability is hindering my efforts at landing a job. I am really frustrated and discouraged.
