How can I get job offer on jobcase?

I’ve applied online through jobcase but no one has responded so I’m not sure if I’m missing a step to get hired.

Hi Edmond, Great question! With any application (in-person, on-line through Jobcase, or otherwise), you should always follow up with the manager or HR person directly. Give it a day or two, then follow up by calling or sending an email. Alyssa's right - offer to add more information or just reiterate how interested you are in the company & job. (If you know anyone who works there, it's also a good idea to touch base with him/her to find out more about the hiring process & what they did to get the job... and then do that!) Hope this helps~ good luck! Marijoy

Hi Edmond, With any job you apply for, you want to make sure to follow up with the manager 1-2 days later. Check to make sure they received it okay and if they may need anything else from you. Then call again about 1 week later to see if you are being considered for the position or to set up a meeting with the manager. This puts you in their mind more, which may lead to you getting a job offer instead of someone else. Let us know if you need more help!
