Have you tried different browsers? I had this happen once when I was applying for a job at a utility company. If that doesn't work try emailing technical support on Bed & Body Works. Surprisingly enough I had another situation in which the application was posted wrong on a company's website and didn't allow anyone to apply to the position until tech support fixed the issue. You might even try calling the store so they can contact their technical support directly. I hope this helps.
