You don't have to be in the States to get a job as a CSR. There are a lot of companies that operates in other countries and they offer good pay and benefits to the locals. I would suggest checking out major companies who also offer employment in your country. I can't recommend any of these companies because I'm not an authorized spoke person or employed in that department.

Hi Juan... Ass a customer service representative the first characteristic you should have is be respectful and good listener.
Hi Juan, Most companies want you to have at least one year of experience as CSR, or have experience with dealing with the public in a rather high volume environment. It really depends on the company's requirements. If you don't have any experience as a CSR, I would advise you to check for companies that don't require any experience and work that company for at least a year. Once you have gained some experience, your attitude, attention to details, your work performance and your attendance, and how well you work with others and under pressure will be very important to àny employer. I hope I have been a help to you. Good Luck. Dorothy!
