G.o.a.l. always ,get a out of the truck and take a look of your surroundings, that will give you a better idea of where to turn and what obstacles you might have in your way.

Don't over steer ,pull-ups are good and do as many walk arounds that you want and if you can use land guide when possible

Look at where you have to back into,and using, and use of Mirrors is helpful,but when using Mirrors you must remember that the turns being made are opposite of what you know and use going forwards,Types of Trailers are not the same when backing,the closer the Trailer wheels are to the Tow Vehicle,the shorter the turns and maneuvering is. Once you obtain confidence in backing Trailers,and understand what is involved it becomes a common place application, and as in all things,"Never Give Up"!!!!

I drive up armored hummvees for the national guard sometimes I have a trailer for me there's a rule I follow if me or my secondary driver can see it backing in straight fix it it helps if you have a third person guiding you in

Don't trust the mirrors always visualize the situation everything else is fixable #BXC
