Hey, how do I get hired at a job fair?
I keep going to job fairs but I can’t seem to get a callback from recruiters. I feel like I’m not standing out at these events. It’s like I’m competing with hundreds of people. What can I do to get noticed and get hired? Anyone have any advice?

Hi David,
I keep getting emails for job fairs. What you need to do is pay closer attention to what the job fair is about. The most recent email I received was for college graduates. Take time and read what the recruiting job fair is about.
