
i need some help
I have tried everything to stop the harassment from a supervisor I've even went to my terminal manager about her but he sticks up for her all the time. We are not aloud to go to the office and complain about her or we are told we will get fired. She has purposely came out to my job site where I am flagging and tries to find anything she can wrong. When I went to my terminal manager and complained about her the harassment has gotten worse and I told him this and he doesn't believe me. What can I do besides quit I can't afford to?

You must go with HR. By law harrasment is. 0 tolerance. Forget about you GM. He didint anything. Upscale your case

Im the kind of person you come across with one personality, and i believe sometimes you have to learn to love the things you hate. Ive been in that situation many times, but i learned that sometimes bosses just try to see how they can test you in specific ways. Gratitude and patience is key to life, and finding passion in your job, if you're good at what you do. Just understand your boss might be having a bad day or that is his way of running a business. In life you have to start at the bottom to make it to the top and im starting to learn that. Lastly i sometimes try to count to 5 mississippis in my head before speaking just to make sure i say something ethical and right.

you need to file a harrassment complaint with HR. They Will be forced to talk to her about it. The harrassment will stop. I just went thru the same thing here recently.

You need to keep reporting. I went through the same thing with a past supervisor. I was at my job for almost 20 years he was there 2.5 years. one day I could do my job blind folded the next day I could not do anything right. It finally began affecting my health and instead of filing for FMLA as hind sight I should have. I ended up getting fired. almost 3 years later the mention of him make my blood boil that I let him get away with it. I can't find a job in that field now I believe because when I tell prospective employers why I was terminated after 20 years they think bad of me. Don't let it get to that point.

I agree with Jennifer. You have done everything you were suppose to. The next step is to go to Human Resources. The main thing is to document everything...day, time ..etc. AND what always helps me is to pray at least every night and morning. GOD have mercy on my soul and send your Angels to protect me.
