Toxic Work Enviorment
I have been working as an office manager for 5 and a half years for one company. About the beginning of 2017 the owner had a lot of personal issues happen and reacted badly to it. He started spending large amounts of money that should have gone to venders and started getting to work hours late. He has a hair trigger temper and never apologizes at all. It has become HUGE and completely toxic to work in. I have been job hunting without him knowing but it is getting worse and worse. He screamed at me today in front of techs and threw and broke a couple of printers. I can't just quit because I need the income but I am having a hard time finding a good paying job. What can I do? He is the owner so there is no one higher to go to.
You must pray without ceasing for him and you...prayer changes things for the better. don't quit don't give up don't give in, it may seem impossible IT'S NOT.. BELIEVE...Amen
Continue to do what you're doing,keep job and look for another one. You can do it you know his triggers, just say low do job. And watch your stress level, when not working do things to relax.
