Hi Monica. Hope all is well. Congrats on all of your achievements. Work now a days is hard to find for some rather than most. You can check out sites such as (www.jobs.org. or www.jobs.gov.) see what they have to offer, upload your resume and good luck. If things does not work out never give up. Something will work out for you soon, keep your faith. Have a bless day.

Hi Monica I was in the same position a couple of years ago , I was also self employed and did volunteer work . The main thing is to get all the references you can , I found that to be very helpful , interviewers love references. Also remember self employment and volunteering is also experience , so You have the ups on many people looking to reenter the job market. I wish You well , happy hunting!

Welcome! This site is very helpful with communication, networking and support. Now, Alyssa is right that you should first complete your entire profile because this will be seen a lot, and you should keep it professional. If you have questions, just ask. If you have an experience related to an interview (phone or in-person), share it with us. Ask for advice or help and we are here for you. Network yourself and meet others. We are all in the same community trying to make a difference, improve and find new jobs everyday.

Hi Monica, Welcome to Jobcase! The first thing you will want to do is take a few minutes to completely fill out your profile. Make sure to include your current location, previous jobs with description, and education. This will help other Jobcasers to send you jobs they run across that might be good for you.
After you have done this, you can use these steps to start your job search: 1.Click on “Jobs & Companies” at the top of the page 2.Enter a job into the search field that says “Position” 3.Click on the blue button to search for that position in your area 4.Once the list is up, click on the title of any you are interested in to apply. Let me know if you need anymore help!
Why don't you want to continue doing what your doing now. I also do what you do I wish I could get it off the ground better but I don't know how to advertise on line like everyone is doing. I was a welder for over 25 yes b4 I started the business. I'm technically challenged. If I had more clients I wouldn't have to stress so much
