Think you don't need to plan for your interview? Think again. Once a company notices your resume and gives you a call, you should start strategizing. Go to the job interview fully prepared. Set yourself apart from the candidates who might have more job experience but do not spend time preparing. Only one candidate will come out of the job interview a winner, and it's not necessarily the most experienced one. If you prepare and do your homework, it will be you.

I really wish it could be more casual. Then the candidate could be more like themselves, and not stiff. Most people are not relaxed at these things. You are being put on the spot.

Great piece of information here. Interviews are always stressful for me and a big part of it is lack of preparation. I often tend to wing it and the results vary. I like the breakdown of questions and tip notes on how employers set up their questioning. I’ll hold on to this site. Thank you.
