Hi Mahmood, Thank you for being part of Jobcase! I'd love to help. The first thing I'd suggest is to expand the description in your profile. It looks like you've done lots of different things in banking, so use descriptions that relate to the job you're looking for. It's ok to emphasize some of your experience in order to tailor your profile/resume - that way the recruiter reading it will understand it better. Also, since it looks like you emigrated recently, you may want to put your working status in your description. For example, are you a US citizen? Need a visa? This will make it easier for the recruiter/manager to understand your needs.
Lastly, you say you haven't received any 'serious offers'... does that mean you've received offers that you'd consider unreasonable? If that's the case, you may want to consider being flexible - often a chance to 'get in the door' will pay off with promotions and a great future opportunity.
