I know someone who was working as a project coordinator, but his job was contract and company let him go within one month. So, whatever happens, is fare with him or not?

Hi MURTAZA ALI ! It's very difficult to say unless you knew how to contract was worded. If he signed anything that said he would be an at-will employee and they could part ways at any time then the employer does have the right to terminate that person's employment. Again it's difficult to know without reading it but I would tell your friend to begin looking for work immediately and move himself forward.
