Save your money, your paychecks. I'm sure that there will be a temptation to spend it in your off time if you are in a port. Direct deposit would be best. Have fun.
Sounds exciting! Being nervous is understandable, but hopefully at least some parts of the job will be lots of fun and/or have beautiful views! I had a friend who worked on Cruises and loved his job, traveled the world and met a ton of great people! 💖
