I work for a locating company.i use company vehicle that I take home.so question their was an incident happen some one hit my truck over night and the next following morni g i foind the damage i made a report and have the police report.now this is where it gets crazy their a a drive cam in my truck my boss is doing an investigation on me and found on the drive cam of a screeching noise and thinks I damage the truck.but after that scratching noise I'm still driving as of nothing is going on.so he suspeneded me until he does his investigation so is he allowed to do that I have a police report I've never damaged the truck what should I do please someone give me advise I'm climbing the wall with this
