I quite because my supervisor/owner the only thing she likes Is MONEY...

If u got sick u had to call the TRANSFLUENCI Agency 24 hours before the assignments were do. {Who gets sick 24 hours before work}
And only ONE excuse accepted for the time u worked with the TRANSFLUENCI. If u really was sick n u called out... The schedule assignments potential earn MONEY... U had to pay it that potential MONEY back to the agency. Is taken away on ur next day u work. Cause u didn't called out 24 hours before ur first assignment... So if u had 1 to 8 t assignments schedule on the day u called out sick, The next time u worked, u had to pay back the MONEY for every assignments u missed that sick day... Even thought those assignments were done! Replaced by another employee. The agency gets paid for each hour about $200 to $250 n the MONEY u have to pay back when u go back to work. The employees get paid $20 a hour... but the first hour u gets paid $40...

The Agency get DOUBLE the MONEY... From the contractor n from the employee because u called out.

As a self/contract u don't have back up sick days... The employees lose money the days UR sick and lose money when u go back to work, U have to pay back every assignments u schedule that sick day!!!

PLUS... The agency Transfluenci never recognize the effort their employees do. When my car broke down I did all my schedule assignments on BUS... Once I took the wrong bus. Told the new scheduler... "The Boss is going to make me a new one when she finds out that I didn't do the assignment..." And the countless # of man schedulers would have seen me a hilarious emoji or sticker... Not the new one... She Ran a 3K to show the boss what I wrote... The woman did a lot of 3K n 5K with the employees just to look good for the boss...Why women love to snitch on others??? We women need to Stop Snitching at work...what we need to do is Snitch on Real Stuff, like when we get Bit Down by our significant other or when we see or hear some innocent child or individual being Rape... JUST saying...that would be a good cause to do 3-4-5 or 10K very good reason to exhaust yourself...

("Back to my account...") And about that time... A new Rule Pop up 'If u miss a schedule assignment u r getting deducted $20...
I'm a good Interpreter because I LOVE what I do... BUT I started doubting myself because of the Stress I went through working for that Agency!!!

The AGENCY is all about the MONEY NOT their EMPLOYEES...
