Accused of defamation of character
I was recently fired from a preschool for a false accusations. I told some parents from the school why I was fired and later relieved a certified letter stating that they could take me to court for defamation of character. Is that true because I was only telling the truth?

Hi Abby in this circumstance that business is going to do what it feels it must to protect its name and brand. I would consult some legal representation just in case. In the meantime, I wouldn't say anything further without a lawyer's advice. Wishing you the best!
