Started a new job. It's okay but not for me due to major back issues. I'm going to resign. I gave it a shot and can do it. That's not really the issue though. From previous experiences, I have been sexually harassed and one place of employment terminated me. It was my fault because I got very anxious and said forget it. I didn't want to be there so one night I left early because things got so bad to where I was being literally stalked. I went to HR everything. I went through the proper chain of command and so on. I lost it when this person tried to hug me. We know how our fight or flight responses can go. Well, mine freaked out and i got out of there; straight to HR office. After those things got really bad. My superiors were on me about everything. Saw nothing being done so I ended up going to the police and they wouldn't do anything because they said HR had to because it happened at work and I reported it to them. I took it all the way to the CEO of the company. I got nowhere but terminated, which didn't bother me. Well at this new job. Today I was leaving and this guy says to me something that was very inappropriate and it offended me because I go to work to make money not get a boyfriend or so on. I have no time for that. My thing is when he made these statements to me I looked at him in disbelief and rolled my eyes and kept it moving. That's how uncomfortable it made me. Well, I'm debating about going back because I don't know how to even go about this. And this time around what's going to happen? I'm the newbie and I keep to myself. I don't bother with anyone unless I need to. I say please and thank you. What should I do?
