A time I was disappointed at #Applebees

I was disappointed in the management and how they ran things.For example one of the 2, first name was Jason would walk around inspecting but say a cook accident dropped a food item like a hot wing or mozzarella stick onto the very dirty and greasy floor by accident.He would tell us cooks to just put it back onto the place and sell it because the food was "money" and that the customer needed it before they complained. Very poor hygiene as well.

Wow I heard of trying to save food cost but that's a little ridiculous it's a sacrifice food safety for food cost but that's a junior manager mistake
