I am looking for a company that is serious about growth and success. A company that doesn’t mind thinking outside of the box. A place where they really mean its ok to try new things.
Does this exist anymore?

Hi Delbert,
There are plenty of companies that fit those descriptions! There are some that try to fit those description but all by the wayside and tend to do things their own way and are stuck in those ways.. I've found that newer and smaller companies tend to have those qualities over older, larger companies that have set policies in place. What type of positions are you looking for?
