I was working in a busy ER and signed a medication out of the pyxsis and administered it but forget to chart it. The board of nursing said I made a charting error and that cost me charting classes and two years in IPN. But my employer said I stole the medication and was charged. Now I have a criminal record and according to AHCA can not work for 5 years as a nurse. Any ideas for employment nursing is pretty much all I have done.
